With a background and degree in illustration Mitchel Wu has the skills needed to

Product Development
We bring to our clients over twenty years experience developing a myriad of
products in various mediums and price points. Fixate Studios has designed and
developed products for gift, novelty, art, collectibles, home décor and toys. We
have worked closely with manufacturers domestically and abroad over the past
twenty years. Time spent in various regions of Asia working directly with
manufacturers has given us a practical, real world advantage when developing
products for our clients. While Fixate Studios prides itself on creating products
with creative integrity, we place equal importance on designing and developing
products that can be manufactured in a timely and economical manner.
Merchandise Strategies
We identify opportunities and execute. Fixate Studios specializes in creating
comprehensive merchandise programs for companies with no prior experience in
consumer products. We work closely with our clients to identify and determine
each company’s product identity. Ultimately the product line must be an extension
of each company’s image and brand.
Assortment Planning
Fixate Studios develops specific product plans that include number and types of
products, price points and release dates – projecting out to one, three and five
years. We will identify target distribution channels and marketing opportunities.
Licensing
Having created and licensed out its own properties Fixate Studios has
considerable understanding and expertise in licensing. Having drafted and
negotiated licensing agreements directly with its own licensees, Fixate Studios has
the expertise to identify and secure the strongest licensees and opportunities for
its clients. Once licensees are signed Fixate Studios will work closely with them on
all assortment planning, product design, product development, art direction and
product approvals to ensure the client’s vision and expectations are met and
exceeded.
